Question Title Important areas in CRM
Learning objectives: The core objective of this activity is to make the students understand that how organizations drag customers’ attraction and make them loyal to its brand by implementing contemporary CRM practices.
SereneAir, (a private airline of Pakistan) has recently started its operations to facilitate passengers with domestic travelling initially, with intent to reach international destinations in near future. It becomes functional in January 2017 and so far the only Pakistan based airline to have the Boeing 737-800 (Next Generation Aircrafts). Currently it is facilitating its customer in reaching selected destinations including Multan, Quetta, Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar. The foremost mission of Serene Air now is to get the “International Traveling License”, which is only possible if it will manage to meet the international standards. Considering the current operational evolution of Serene Air, it is expected that this project will surely achieve progress in development and will cover the scrawny sides of Pakistan airline industry. In continuation to this, there are some renowned Airlines previously operating in Pakistan such as AirBlue, Shaheen and PIA serving their target customers with striking and competitive packages, so Serene Air has to be very vigilant while devising its strategies in order to maximize its clientele and mounting trust factor among them.
Keeping in view the above scenario and considering the brand reputation of currently operating Airlines in Pakistan, what CRM practices you think “Serene Air” should employ to increase its customer pool? Mention any five.
